Consultation:
The first tier of service consists of a 1-2 hour on-site visit after
which we provide you with a detailed project plan with step-by-step
recommendations for staging your home. This report also includes a
comprehensive interior/exterior preparation checklist; and I make every effort to
identify items that could come up in the home inspection. The fee for
this is set at $150-200 per consult depending on the size of the
home.
Occupied: We will be happy to assist you in implementing the project plan by helping stage your furnished home. This tier of
service comes in 1/2 day and full day segments, as well as an open
house preparation package service. Rental any items needed to complete the home from us; from washcloths to sofas! In addition we provide a
full range of Remodeling for Resale services to help with any home updates or repairs needed. Cost is $40/hr.
Vacant
Homes: The third tier of service offered is our specialty. We
have our own extensive stock of furnishings and accessories which enables us to offer a wide range of styles and levels of staging. We always strive to match the staging to the style of the home; We also do specialty staging ie, spa room, whimsical child's room & outdoor living. We
don't just add furniture, we create an Ambiance! Prices are quoted on
an individual basis depending on the size of the home and the number
of rooms staged. Terms are 30 days after which we pro-rate by the day, so you're never tied down by a long contract.
